Trump has been getting wins, with both his D.C. Jan 6 case being postponed and Fani Willis under scrutiny for employing a lover. Will either of those actually help Trump? Crute thinks it will, Dom thinks it won’t, they go blow-to-blow right at the top of the show. The callers and the texters overwhelmingly agree with Dom, much to Crute’s dismay.
The Fani Willis scandal doesn’t change the facts of the case, but it does change the level of respect the Georgia DA’s office has from the general public, Crute says. This case is the only hope to actually putting him in jail before the election, he says, and anything that can be done to delay that conviction will only hurt this country.
Finally, Crute has found a way to agree to the bad Bradley on the state Supreme Court, as the court comes to a unanimous decision to allow Dean Phillips on the Wisconsin presidential primary ballot.
