Over the weekend, Trump said that if countries in NATO don’t “pay their dues,” then he wouldn’t protect them. Instead, he would encourage Russia to “do whatever the hell they want” to these countries. Does that sound like the voice of the Commander-In-Chief? We sure hope not.
