Then – Trickle Down Economics. Does it work? Anyone? Anyone? Bueller? Crute has an answer: of course it doesn’t. Don’t tell that to Scott Walker though, he and other Republicans are still clinging to dear life to the misbelief that trickle down economics helps the poor, and not just gives huge tax cuts to the rich.
